As one of the country’s leading grocery destinations, Morrisons came to us with strong social visibility already; but they wanted to know how to unlock stronger performance and better get their brand personality across.  

We comprehensively audited every one of their platforms, assessing their content, performance, competitor positioning and sentiment (including how they’re perceived beyond their owned channels) against clear scoring criteria. With this data under our wing, we then built out a clear content pillar framework and channel-specific recommendations to help reframe social through a funnel-led lens.
