From reactive posting to strategic storytelling

With an incredibly strong creative direction and the kind of niche fans that most brands could only dream of, but low engagement and limited discoverability and conversion, The Looking Glass Wars’ social media was mainly a broadcast channel rather than a lucrative marketing and conversion channel. 

We began by fully auditing how The Looking Glass Wars was performing: including a 90-day performance breakdown, a full cross-platform scoring, competitor landscape review, sentiment analysis, and SWOT analyses for each channel. Once we’d established the opportunities for growth, we then created content examples, a posting optimisation plan, a paid amplification and influencer structure, a 3-month retained plan roadmap, and example content and captions for the first month to hit the ground running.   

The result was a scalable, story-led strategy that not only provided short-term change, but encouraged long-term growth too. According to Frank, “the insights felt grounded, practical, and immediately useful — not just theory, but a real roadmap for growth.”
